Calvin Quinn is a Professional Civil Engineer and real estate development professional with more than 15 years of experience in the design, construction, and development of infrastructure and real estate projects.

He began his career as an engineering consultant in the Mid-Atlantic, working with both public and private clients on transportation and other infrastructure projects. He later moved to Florida, where he focused primarily on the design and construction of transportation projects.

Since then, Calvin has worked in real estate development, where he has been involved in all aspects of project execution—from early feasibility and planning through entitlements, design, permitting, construction, and delivery. He has since delivered dozens of ground up retail developments.

A graduate of Virginia Tech and a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer, Calvin brings a multidisciplinary perspective that combines engineering, construction, and real estate development experience.

Calvin lives in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he serves on the board of the Warehouse Arts District Association. Outside of work, he enjoys glassblowing through Calvin Quinn Glass, fitness, and spending time with his family including daughter Comet.
